Rhee Tae Kwon Do is an unarmed striking art – meaning we use techniques including puncheskicks & blocks plus combinations of those. We practice as non-contact so we don’t use body armour or gloves & we learn to carefully control our striking during sparring & practical application drills. We also learn that self defence begins with situational awareness.

Anyone can learn to defend themselves with Rhee Tae Kwon-Do.
